最近好嗎?各位國王迷?
t’s great to be back blogging.
我又開始寫blog了
Blogging originally became a passion of mine as a rookie because it gives me
an opportunity to share with fans a more in-depth look at my life – and there
’s more space to write than on Twitter or Instagram!
寫blog是我新人年很喜歡做的事，因為這可以讓球迷更深入的了解我。
A lot of fans ask me, ‘What’s going on?” or ‘What’s it like to be in the
NBA and have your dream come true?’ so when time permits, I like to share
what my daily or weekly routine consists of, so everyone, including kids in
grade school, can see what life in the NBA is like.
很多球迷問我:『最近如何啊?』『打NBA的感覺到底是甚麼?』
所以當時間允許，我就會分享我每個禮拜的事給大朋友小朋友知道NBA的事。
Although the blog has been on hold for a short while, I’m excited to be back
at it, and I hope you enjoy what I have to say.
雖然有一陣子停止連載了，但我很高興我又開始寫了

Kings All Day
I’m thrilled to be in Sacramento, having re-signed with the Kings for five
more years, and I’m glad all of you have embraced me with open arms. I hope
to see all of you at our home games so we can continue to make it one of the
toughest places to play in the NBA. If our home crowd is great, we can be in
contention to get into the Playoffs.
首先我很高興跟國王在暑假簽了五年的合約 ，也很開心球迷張開雙臂歡迎我回來

Preseason Update

I’m happy we came back home safely after having training camp in Colorado
earlier this month. I think the best part is guys came back well conditioned.
We’re all doing things that are important: everyone’s taking care of their
body, hiring a chef, eating healthy and getting in the gym early. We have the
motto of being a family – if you’re early, you’re on time, and if you’re
on time, you’re late. Everyone’s done a good job of following it and
getting extra work in with their coaches, whether it’s a big man or guard
coach.

I think going into our first preseason game, everyone came in with a good
mindset – knowing we can score on paper, but we need to have a defensive
mentality. I think for the most part we did pretty well. It was our first
preseason game and we came out with a ‘W.’ Everyone was in the paint, which
is where we want to limit our points allowed, and we defended well overall.
我想每個人都以良好的心態準備熱身賽，知道我們能得分
但是更要將精神放在防守。大部份我想我們做的不錯。
第一場比賽我們贏了
大夥都把禁區失分控制的不錯。是及格的防守
Personally, I drove the ball a lot but would like to have earned more trips
to the free-throw line. Overall, I think in the minutes I played, I made
shots when I had to and defended well. I’m working on staying consistent,
and I know I need to stay out of foul trouble. I’m always working on my
game. I’m getting work in before practice, getting work in after practice
and keeping the same motto I’ve always had.
我個人方面 切入了蠻多的但上罰球線的次數也蠻多的。
總的來說，我想我打的時間我的出手都蠻合理的然後防守也不錯
然後我正在變的更穩定，我知道我得控制我的犯規，
我永遠想在比賽中進步，我會在訓練前就自己開始訓練，然後集訓完後再自己訓練

Going forward, we have to keep on building. Our next opponent is Portland,
and we’ll have had four days to prepare since our last game. I think we need
to get reps in, keep the intensity going and stay hungry. We know we haven’t
accomplished anything yet, but it’s good to see positive things on film and
correct the negatives.
我們仍然在重建中。下一場比賽是對阿拓。我們有四天的時間準備

I bought a new house out in Roseville and I’m getting a pool put in soon. I’
ve had my parents and my aunt, who are trying to become interior designers,
help me out, and hopefully they can get their own business started. My father
helped me out with the electronics and my mom and my aunt with the furniture.
Obviously, it’s a little bit of a longer drive than being in Natomas, but it
’s well worth it.

Movie Corner
談電影
Everyone often says movie sequels are better than the original. I look back
at “Bad Boys II” and think it was better than the first. With “Taken 2,”
I like the first movie more. The second was still intense and I liked the
plot but didn’t think it was as good. I think with the way it ended though –
spoiler alert – there might be a third one. I give it a 6.5 or 7.0 out of
10, and I’d give the first one an 8.0.
很多人常說電影的續集會比第一集好看
當我看Bad Boys II的時候真的覺得他比第一集好
但看Taken 2時我反而喜歡第一集多些
雖然第二集有些梗不錯但整體來說不好看
結局讓我不滿
我只給他6.5或7分
第一集我給8分

Foundation Tip-Off
基金會
I started the Jason Thompson Foundation, which is going to reflect more on
the American Heart Association, in honor of my cousin, Tiffany, who passed
away with a certain heart condition a few years ago. I’m looking forward to
the foundation’s upcoming events, so please be on the lookout for updates.

紀念我的表弟，他因為心臟問題幾年前走了。
