The Sacramento Kings will be sold to an ownership group that will move the
franchise to Seattle for $525 million, according to a source.

眾所矚目的國王經營權轉移並搬家案件又有新進展：此交易案的金額，將提升至5.25億
美金。

The source also said that the Maloof family will have no ownership stake or
decision-making within the franchise, which has been a reported point of
contention during negotiations.

然而，Maloof家族以後將不再會有球隊的任何股份，也不會有任何的行政決定權，
這一點還一度成為馬氏家族與西雅圖準老闆們的爭論點。

Yahoo! Sports reported on Wednesday that a deal to sell the Kings to the
Chris Hansen-led Seattle group was nearly complete for $500 million.

Yahoo體育網在本週曾經報導：以Chris Hansen為首的西雅圖資金團隊，將會以5億美金
的價格買下國王隊的經營權。

The Kings would need to file a relocation request by Mar. 1 in order to play
in Seattle during the 13-14 NBA season.

國王隊還必須在美國時間3月1日前，向聯盟提出搬遷申請，這樣才能在2013-14球季以
西雅圖當主場。

原因有二
1.Matt Steinmetz在北加州的聲望其實不算高
2.Wissinger另外認為，以Maloof家族過往在此事件的立場，2500萬的差距可能還不足
以說服他們完全退出

不過國王換老闆與主場以最近的報導來看，應該已是煮成熟飯的定局，只希望新老闆
在經營態度上能比Maloof家族更積極點，這樣才是球迷之福
