in the field. We'll know more when the real competition begins today at the
American Century Golf Championship, but Barkley definitely has competition.

course, though.

In his inaugural appearance at the annual event at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf
Course – and we're talking strictly about Thursday's Celeb-Am – the Kings'
first-round draft choice was true to the scouting report. His scouting
report: Decent power, wicked slice on his drives, needs work on his putts.

earlier in Los Angeles. In an interesting twist, Green Bay Packers
quarterback (and Chico native) Aaron Rodgers presented him with the trophy as

omnipresent Barkley, who was taking a break and sitting in the shade a few
yards away when the Kings rookie approached.
