NEW YORK, October 26, 2005 – New York Knickerbockers President of Basketball
Operations Isiah Thomas announced today that guards Steven Barber and
Jamison Brewer and forward Otis George have been waived.

Barber, 5-10, 160-pounds, averaged 3.3 points and 8.5 minutes in four
preseason games.

Brewer, 6-4, 180-pounds, averaged 1.0 points, 1.5 rebounds and 17.9 minutes
in two preseason games.

George, 6-8, 225-pounds, appeared in one preseason game.

The roster is now at 15.
