Knicks president Donnie Walsh told The Post on Wednesday he will undergo hip
replacement surgery next week and will be away from the Garden for about two
weeks.
Walsh has put off hip replacement surgery for six years but doctors have told
him he needs the surgery to be able to walk again in the wake of his
spinal-cord surgery over the summer.
Walsh injured his hip in Paris last spring while scouting the World
Championships. Walsh now has no choice but to undergo the surgery and feels
this will make him stronger and less likely to retire soon, he said.
The news, however, occurs just days after Isiah Thomas talked publicly of
taking over for Walsh when he retires, has been speculated because of health
mconcerns. Walsh is using a walker.
Knicks owner James Dolan has until March to exercise the option on Walsh's
final year.
"I need to have the hip surgery done in order for me to be able to walk with
perfect balance,'' Walsh said before the Knicks faced David Lee and the
Warriors.
Walsh said the rehab is extensive but he can still report to work. While he
is laid up, he will still be working, he said.
"I still have a brain and I still have a phone and I'll be in touch with
everyone,'' Walsh said.
Walsh said he timed the surgery for when the Knicks are on a week-long West
Coast trip, beginning Tuesday in Denver against Carmelo Anthony.
Allan Houston and Chris Mullin are considered potential successors to Walsh,
in addition to Thomas, who went on a publicity tour last week, saying he
thinks of inheriting the Knicks presidency "Every single day of the week.''

Walsh要做手術
Lee說Chandler想把他的手咬下來，這發生在第三節搶籃板的時候，Lee說他可以看到
有點骨頭露出來了，當下的情況可以用鮮血淋漓形容，不過他還是罰進了後來的兩球
阿罵阿~阿罵...
之後Felton還是沒辦法傳給阿罵，我們講到爛掉的pick & roll，不過似乎Fields
和 Gallinari 他們兩個可以跟阿罵打pick & roll，在這個我們前幾場也是有看到
效果不錯，不過應該不是刻意設計的戰術吧，或許可以朝這個方向去設計一點戰術
看看，讓他們打點配合看看。
屠夫傷了，只好把阿罵拉上C，之後把Chandler拉上先發，這樣Mozgov當替補之後A軟
當替補的大前鋒。
不少人開始懷疑Felton，我也這麼覺得他似乎無法串起我們的進攻，教練說我們還有
很多工作要做。
其實想想一支重建還在磨合中的球隊，打成這樣應該算是預料之中。Nash的交易又被
談起，如果老闆肯花點錢或許有可能成功?不過換來Nash真的好嗎?我覺得票房會好一
點啦~如果Nash真的來了我希望別讓他打太久..25分鐘吧，我覺得這樣比較好，有人說
T.D可以彌補Nash沒有的防守..唉..帳面上超節數據好看吧，很多次很多次我們的後場
被人家一切就過，當內線積極的補防時，如果是Moz他就會被判一個犯規，如果是阿罵
來補防，對面PG一傳就是一個助攻，你以為那天KG真的那麼威拿20分?
我想說:馬的我2k11要切人都沒這麼容易，你們是在被過啥?

Moz無法扛到先發中鋒並不是一件稀奇的事，Fields表現不錯，但是他們兩個都還太年
輕有很多地方是他們還不能勝任的，犯規就是其中之一..這兩個新人要他們扛上先發或
許有點太吃力了，但是放在板凳上慢慢練，他們可是滿有潛力的，我是說Fields，Moz
的潛力我看不太出來= =。
戰力不足，讓人放心的只有阿罵、肥頓和威錢(跟其他人比起來啦)，重要替補屠夫又受
傷，慶幸的是薪資空間多，錢也多，不幸的是，沒有選秀權，明年自由市場也沒甚麼好
魚，簽一些堪用的魚回來吧，換一些堪用的魚回來吧，不要在清空間笑想大咖..
Melo是啥? 我想我們忘了他吧。

錢德勒的門牙隨即嵌進了李的手臂中，兩人隨後都立刻下場接受了止血消毒，比賽也因
此短暫中斷了一陣。
不過，大衛-李仍然帶著這顆牙齒打完了整場比賽，並最終拿到了28分10籃板的兩雙成績
。
幹..人家手上帶一個牙齒還罰進，可是我印象中威錢不是把牙齒吐掉了嗎
