根據國外網友的說法，Kobe這場比賽又露給對方太多的空檔，特別是L.Hughes
對於切入也顯的無能為力
那個把M.Redd守到不知道怎麼打球的Kobe跑哪去了呢?

"We knew their backcourt was very efficient," Bryant said. "They were just
penetrating and we didn't have anybody stepping in there and clogging up the
paint like we normally do.

"They just ran down the middle all night long. Our defense wasn't really
there."

不過延長賽最後八秒的三分球雖然稍微彌補了Peeler前一記三分球所帶來的殺傷力

and they were able to get out of here with the victory. They came out with an
excellent strategy and really executed well."
