1. Kobe on Rudy T's departure

  對於 Rudy T 的辭職, Kobe 說他認為眼前湯帥應該以自己的身體因為重.

  "Judging from what I could see and how he feels emotionally, I think it was
the right thing for him to do. You have to take care of your life. You have to
make sure that you're doing good as a human being first and foremost. Our
prayers and thoughts are with him."

2. Phil back possible?

  消息來源指出, Jerry Buss 希望能儘快與 Phil Jackson 對話, 同時他想要知道禪師是
不是很認真的想要回來湖人隊再次擔任他在八個月前卸下的職務. 如果禪師確實想要重新
回到湖人的話, 那 Buss 將會很樂意讓他回來.

  禪師的經紀人 Brian Musburger 今天再次表示刻下在澳洲度假的 Phil 目前未做出任何
決定, 而不管他最後決定為何, 他的目光應該是放在下個球季.

  今天記者會上當 Kupchak 被問到為什麼 Phil Jackson 是個可能接替湖人教頭的人選時
, 臉上頓時露出一副很蹉賽的表情. 停頓了好一下, 他才回答, "I didn't say he was a
viable candidate. I said his name would be discussed. We haven't made a deci-
sion to go in a different direction." 至於被問及湖人是否已向禪師展開接觸時, 他
說他本身沒有, 而就他所知目前兩方沒有任何 "business contact." 對於報導說昨天對拓
荒者的比賽中有個三人會談是要測知 Kobe 對禪師回來的意向一事, 他拒絕做出回應.

  Kobe 今天被問到禪師的事情時, 再次重伸他的立場: I've said that time and time
again: I love Phil as a coach. If that's the decision that they want to roll
with, I'll roll with it.

3. Jeanie's take

  湖人球團中跟 Phil Jackson 最熟悉 --- 也可能是 Phil Jackson 在這個世界上除了他
自己外最熟悉的人說禪師不會娶他. 因為他不想再次踏入婚姻的...可能是不想被婚姻束縛
...

  不是要說這個, 只是 T.J. Simers 很愛把這些東西拿來做他文章的素材. Jeanie Buss
在電話中跟他說他認為 Phil 在下個球季應該會重返 NBA. 而禪師想要去的是一個能贏球
的地方. "Phil's a cagey guy. He's going to want to go some place where he can
win, so figure it out."
  她說她跟她爸爸近來說過好些次這支湖人隊年輕, 運動能力佳, 很有潛力. 她說許多是
她跟她男朋友一起湖人隊比賽時對方點出來告訴她的. 她說 Phil 喜歡這支球隊, 而依她
對他的瞭解, 他不會故意說這些話來讓她覺得開心.

  那麼, 她男朋友跟 Kobe 還能共處一個屋簷下嗎?

  "There are people who believe you have to be best friends, but that's not
Phil's way with any of his players. Phil loves to win, and he looks at Kobe and
says, 'This guy is unbelievable and he has the talent to take me where I want
to go.'"

  "Now you take Phil's birthday; he didn't get a lot of calls. It's not like
his former players call him. Michael Jordan doesn't call him. Both Phil and
Kobe are professionals, competitors who want to win and they have all that in
common."

  "Phil is not the easiest person to get along with, and I know, because I
spend a lot of time with him. But I think Phil and Kobe would be great together
."

  為什麼禪師想要回來 NBA 呢? Jeanie 說, 因為他需要挑戰, 現下他能做的無法滿足他,
也快把他週遭的人給搞瘋了. 那禪師有沒有可能獅子大開口一下就把湖人球團給嚇跑了?
Jeanie 說, 如果這樣的話, 她就不再跟禪師要禮物了, 而且還會自掏腰包把他買晚餐, 不
過另一邊要請她父親多給她些零用錢就是了.

  另外在她的電台專訪中, 她同樣提到了 Phil 在看球時跟她說 "this team is good
today. Any team with Kobe Bryant on it can win a championship" 的話語. 而被問到
她父親是否已經跟禪師有了接觸時, 她說沒有, 而她也不認為她父親最近有想跟 Phil 談
話的念頭. 她同時說到她對球隊還有她男朋友沒有那麼大的影響力. 因為如果是這樣的話,
那球隊去年就會把禪師給留下來, 而禪師也早該為她戴上戒指了.

  談到禪師回來的時間, 她說雖然他已經表明最快是下個球季, 但依他對湖人球團的熟悉,
他倘若這個球季要回來的話一切會容易些.

4. Winters' take

  三角戰術的核心人物 Tex Winters 今天上 ESPN 廣播接受訪問時談到目前這支湖人隊伍
比先前 Phil 帶過的隊伍都更適合打三角戰術.

  他舉出幾點: 1. 這支球隊球員的運動能力  2. 年輕球員更願意去努力和嘗試  3. "No
Shaq to deal with." 他另外說 Phil 這趟去澳洲前有跟他就目前湖人隊的陣容交換過意
見. 他的說法跟 Jeanie 相同, 那就是禪師喜歡這支球隊, 而任何有 Kobe 在陣的隊伍都
有機會拿到 NBA 總冠軍.

5. Other Lakers on Phil's possible return

  目前的代理教練 Frank Hamblen 說如果他是球隊老闆的話, 他會要 Phil Jackson 來當
教練. "因為他很成功, 有九枚冠軍戒指." 他另外表示他覺得禪師跟 Kobe 的關係是可以
修復的. "In a marriage like that, five years they were married, you're going to
have some days you have a little friction. But I think they have respect for
each other and they'd be happy to work with each other again."

  Lamar 對禪師的名字浮上檯面難掩興奮之情. "He coached Michael Jordan, Kobe
Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal to championships. As a player, when you hear that you
might be playing for Phil Jackson, I don't understand how you could not be
excited or look forward to it."

6. Kobe to return before All-Star break?

  Kobe 今天表示他會試著看能不能在接下來的客場之旅中重返球場. 對於球隊目前的處境
, 他說, "We have to keep the ship moving and we have to stay focused. We can't
afford to slide, especially in the Western Conference."
