1. Kobe "unlikely" to play in all-star game

  明星賽最後的票選結果今天公佈, 沒什麼意外的, 因傷缺陣好一陣子的 Kobe 最後仍以
西區後衛第二高票進入明星賽先發名單中...只是, 這會不會是他從九八年以來第一次缺席
明星賽呢?

  他今天說, 如果在湖人接下來的五場客場之旅中間他有辦法出賽的話, 那他當然會在明
星賽中上場比賽. 反之, 那至少他確定在那個週末是會去丹佛的. "If I'm not healthy,
it (明星賽出賽) doesn't make any sense. It's such an honor to be part of the
All-Star Game. At the same time, the most important thing is us as a team,
making sure I can get to 100 percent so I can contribute and help us win ball-
games."

  但到目前為止, Kobe 在明星賽前上場的可能性仍不樂觀. 他說他在昨天試著小跑步, 第
一趟做起來沒什麼問題, 但是等到第二趟結束後他腳踝的情況變得十分糟糕.

  如果 Kobe 屆時選擇不出賽的話, 那最有可能頂替他先發位置的球員是太陽的 MVP.

2. Kobe denies being asked about Phil

  先前有報導指出對拓荒者比賽 (也就是湯帥正式宣布辭職的前一晚) 的第一節 Kobe 和
Buss 與 Kupchak 的私下會談中 Kobe 被徵詢他對 Phil 回來的意向時, Kobe 說他這邊沒
問題. 今天 Kobe 否認了有被問過這件事.

  他有點激動地說, "Didn't happen. Ask Mitch."

  而 Kupchak 在一開始沒有證實 Kobe 的否認, 只說當時說了些什麼不會對外公布. 但稍
晚他表示, "We did not ask for his approval."

  對於 Phil 可能回到湖人隊, Kobe 今天提出的說法是: Sometimes you have big-name
coaches, and obviously if you're talking about a Phil Jackson, a guy of that
caliber, it eases the city's nerves a lot. 另一方面他說球隊對代理教練 Hamblen
就像對湯帥一樣有信心.

  Hamblen 怎麼說呢?

  "I really feel I'm just keeping the seat warm."
