  No.8 is back.

  在因腳踝扭傷缺陣將近一個月後, Kobe 出人意外地提前回到了球場上. 在上場的四十一
分鐘內, 他得到了二十六分, 六次助攻, 四籃板, 二抄截和四次失誤.

  在比賽一開始接連幾次外線失手後, 他佯投三分然後將球傳給 Caron, 接著接到回傳球
在籃下得分. 繼而在 Caron 抄到球後跑在前面上籃得分. 比賽中 Kobe 幾次漂亮的切入動
作後到籃下都放槍了. Hamblen 說他從來沒看過 Kobe 在一場比賽中有那麼多籃下失手的
情形發生. "You could just see a little rust in regard to his shooting and him
missing that many layups." Kobe 本人的說法是因為太久沒打球的緣故, 所以他時機上
的拿捏不如以往, 而且跳躍的爆發力仍沒完全回來. "It's just timing. I haven't
played in a long, long, long time. I was still able to get to the basket, I
just didn't have the lift or the timing to convert on some of them."

  他在上半場結束前接到 Chucky 切入後的分球投進比賽中唯一的三分. 然後再一次接到
隊友傳球後腳踩在三分線上直接拔起來空心入網. 他的擦板仍沒太生疏, 二十呎外一顆星
咻地入網. 在上半場最後一次進攻中, 他從兩人包夾中穿越切入球進且裁判哨聲響起. 他
在比賽前面二十四分鐘的總結是十二投六中.

  易籃後他的十次出手只命中一球. 唯一的一球是在過了 Lucious Harris 後到了離籃框
五呎的地方躍起的灌籃.

  在許久未上場後第一場就打了四十一分鐘, Kobe 表示他的腳踝感覺像麻木了, 似乎無法
感受它的存在一樣. "It's real numb. I don't even feel it right now." 他說自己在
比賽中狀況沒什麼問題, 但也坦承打得有些氣喘噓噓. 他在比賽中不時負責防守 LeBron
James, 而 James 全場得到的二十五分有二十一分是在下半場所得到. 第四節中他防守上
顯得有些力不從心.

  騎士教練 Silas 對 Kobe 在相隔一個月後第一次上場就打了四十一分鐘感到意外. "It
kind of surprised me that he played as much as he did, but that's Kobe." LeBron
舉出 Kobe 在下半場的灌籃說他的狀況看起來不錯. "He looked wonderful. You didn't
see him go down the middle and dunk? He looked great. I like having him back.
You always want to compete against the very best. That's my favorite player in
the game."


．在球隊連續六場讓對手得分破百後, Hamblen 很不客氣地說從湯帥, 到他本人和其他教
  練團成員都一再向球員們灌輸防守的觀念和重要性後, 這支球隊的防守表現大概說明了
  以目前現有的人手可能他們的能耐就是如此了. "In order to be a playoff team you
  must defend and you must rebound. Rudy preached it. I'm preaching it. Our
  staff is preaching it. You preach it so many times and it doesn't happen.
  Maybe they can't do it. That's the only thing I can say."
．Hamblen 說 Kobe 就算隔了一年沒打球, 再穿起球鞋上場仍然會是相當有效率的球員.
  "Kobe's Kobe. He could probably take a year off and still step right in there
  and still be a very effective player. He tried the do the right things, tried
  to get his teammates involved."
