This time it's from the NBA star's hospital exam. Samples that were taken during a hospital exam of Bryant found DNA from the Lakers guard and the woman who is accusing him of sexual assault. But none were present from a third party whose DNA had shown up earlier in the case. Bryant's attorneys could use the evidence at the upcoming trial to bolster their claim that the 20-year-old accuser had multiple sex partners in the three days before her hospital exam last summer, including one after her encounter with Bryant. The woman's attorney has denied she had another sexual partner in the 15-hour period before the exam. The defense wants jurors to see the hospital evidence, but District Judge Terry Ruckriegle says the prosecution doesn't intend to introduce it. He's or- dered both sides to come up with an agreement by Friday. Ruckriegle said the test results in question were erroneously posted on a state court Web site that also revealed the woman's last name. The site was shut down after about 40 minutes. It's at least the third instance of mistaken release of information in this case. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.197.239
