得到的回覆如下：
Thank you for your email. The Southern California discounted admission ticket
s offered on our website must be purchased by a resident whose billing zip cod
e is between 90000-93599. Residents are welcome to purchase discounted admiss
ion tickets for non-residents, however, the purchaser must be present when the
tickets are used.
所以只要同行者中只要有一個人是南加居民即可。
