[問題] ebay買賣糾紛

我在ebay上標了一雙鞋

標明是全新 但是我今天收到 是一雙狀況非常差得鞋子

亮皮地方變黃 內裡白色骯髒

鞋底穿過不知到上百次 因為鞋底的刻文都被磨掉了


我馬上連絡賣方 等他回信

可以在3天內退貨 所以我剛馬上照了相存證

鞋盒上寫9/30寄出 我今天收到 這樣退貨應該沒問題吧?

想請問我現在應該還有什麼要注意?

那雙鞋我標到$41 運費10 退回去我想應該也要花10元

所以我只能拿到$20 但這完全是標明不實

有什麼方法可以讓我拿回$51嗎?

以上為產品描述 但這雙鞋絕對連like new都不到
產品照片也為全新的 可能是從別人家抓來的 或是買來的時候照的

   but is playing so far

3. seller not honest about condition & refused to issue refund. BEWARE!!!
   This buyer did not read description and look at pictures. It was a $3
   item.CRAZY
