美國員工分為Exempt Employee和Nonexempt Employee,後者加班公司一定要付加班費 ,通常上班要打卡,是比較低階的員工。前者加班公司不用付加班費,上班也不用打卡 ,但是這和職稱無關,要滿足下面條件。 Exempt employees in California generally must earn a minimum monthly salary of no less than two times the state minimum wage for full-time employment. 薪水要是加州最低薪資兩倍 Most California employees who are classified as exempt customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in their jobs.
