美國員工分為Exempt Employee和Nonexempt Employee，後者加班公司一定要付加班費
，通常上班要打卡，是比較低階的員工。前者加班公司不用付加班費，上班也不用打卡
，但是這和職稱無關，要滿足下面條件。

Exempt employees in California generally must earn a minimum monthly salary
of no less than two times the state minimum wage for full-time employment.
薪水要是加州最低薪資兩倍

Most California employees who are classified as exempt customarily and
regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in their jobs.
Discretion and independent judgment involve comparing and evaluating possible
courses of action and making a decision after considering various
possibilities.
必須要有決斷的權力

公司不得隨便把員工歸類為Nonexempt Employee，然後強迫其免費加班，甚至要求
週末到老闆家幫忙，這都屬於違反勞工法，需給付加班費。

若被強迫加班，可以做成記錄，離職後再告，可以先找律師詢問 問要蒐集怎麼樣
的證據。
