一般大學因為平常錄取學生US News等單位排名要參考GPA平均，為了取得
較好的排名，所以錄取標準較嚴，但錄取轉學生時，因為成績不列入排名
比較，所以錄取標準較鬆，等於是道後門。

加州政府有法律規定UC和CSU要招收Community College轉學生的百分比，
名額相當充足，這其中包括UC Berkeley和UCLA，而且加州的Community
College是第一優先。

知名社區大學和名校幾乎都有Transfer Guarantees轉學保證協議，和UC和
CSU有合作。只要學生在校成績表現達到門檻，即能保證轉學成功。

社區大學入學容易，學費比一般大學便宜很多，很多學分都承認。專注在
可負擔得起的費用、而非能進入的學校。目標放在先進入社區學院就讀兩
年、再轉學進加州大學或加州州立大學，可獲得兩年現金流。
