Operation Read Program (免費)

Operation Read Program is a literacy program that helps students grow and
improve English skills. The program emphasizes learning through phonics,
writing activities, reading games and reading aloud. Tutors use a variety of
instructional approaches to help every learner succeed. The program strives
to make learning fun and educational. Instruction takes place at various
school sites throughout San Gabriel and Antelope Valley.

TLCC Program

TLCC provides students in grades 9-12 services to help them prepare for a
successful college and work experience. With the guidance of experienced
tutors and mentors, TLCC participants receive services in academic
assistance, resume writing, job search skills, leadership development,
community service opportunities, and recreational activities. This free
service is held on Monday to Thursday from 3-6 pm and is open to all youths
residing in San Gabriel Valley.
