Come celebrate Valentine's Day at the UClub with a special buffet this
Friday, February 13, 11:30 am -- 1:30 pm. The luncheon will be
offered in the main dining room for $14.95 per person, including your
choice of iced tea or lemonade. The Club will be decorated with
hearts and flowers galore so bring your friends and help us celebrate
this unique holiday.
The menu features an assortment of elegant dishes such as poached
salmon fillet in sweet red pepper sauce, blackened chicken breast in
champagne sauce, roasted crab cakes with lobster sauce, grilled sea
scallops over brown rice, pork loin in Thai coconut curry, eggplant
and smoked Gouda cheese ravioli, and chicken raspberry. To view
