標題[問題] UCLA instate認定

大家好 爬文的感想跟我看到的不太一樣 想請問版上有沒有人對instate定義比較了解的
我剛申請上UCLA的MA，兩年半前拿到綠卡+CA居民，這兩年半寒暑假有去美國
我是疑惑我去UCLA一年之後可不可以轉成instate呢?
如果根據下面的規定(文末附連結及節選) 要繳instate tuition必須符合此三項
1. 在CA一年→之前寒暑假應該不算? 但我碩二時就可以做到
2. 有待在CA意圖→雖然我現在去的purpose是 for education 但我當然會說我念完會留下
3. 學生經濟獨立，除非父母是加州居民→這點比較麻煩，我也是因此覺得自己不符合~"~
我爸媽跟我一樣兩年半前拿到綠卡+CA居民，但他們都沒報稅(所以應不算是此處定義居民?
我去年開始報稅，用join account(跟在美的姑姑)利息+去年暑假在華語補習班打工，
當然我一定是不到需繳稅門檻，但是姑姑說以後可能會用到，所以就有報
但如果真要念書，錢一定從家裡or親戚轉手匯來，無法證明是我自己賺的，事實上也沒有
但最後一行的note連結裡有說 Self-support is defined as money the student has
earned through his or her own employment or loans obtained with the student's
own credit, without a cosigner.(是...助學貸款嗎?@@) A gift or loan to the
student from a parent, grandparent, or other family member does not constitute
self-support regardless of the terms.
不知道有沒有人知道我可否第二年就繳instate學費?爬文說要繳稅，但第三點如何解決?
想說看有沒有什麼是我可以先做的，怕如果直接問學校說不定直接被告知說不行了?@@

To establish California residence, an adult student at least 18 years of age
must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, other immigrant, or eligible alien
who meets all of the following requirements:
has been physically present in the state for 366 days prior to the residence
determination date (RDD) of the term for which he or she wishes to be
considered a resident
has the intent to make California his or her home (as opposed to coming to
California for the purpose of attending school)
is financially independent (see note) if his or her parents are not California
residents as defined by UC.

現在大四，所以還沒滿24，我看規定要證明自己self-spport，原來滿24可以不用?
還有...為了表示有留在CA的意願，在學期間是不建議回台灣囉? 謝謝!
