ROOM FOR RENT

RENT is $550.00 per month. I can also buy the food and cook for you for an
additional $150.00 per month, in which case the total for rent and food is
$700.00 per month. A deposit of $200.00 is required when you move in. When
you leave, I will return the deposit to you.

My home is located 2.5 miles from San Diego State University (American
Language Institute). You can walk to the bus (about one block) that will take
you to school.

Free utilities, internet connection, washer, dryer, BBQ, and a huge swimming
pool.
