From L.A.
I’ve been in L.A. for a few days and things have been much more hectic than
I imagined. I’ve had tons of things to do (although some of them have been
for fun) and not nearly enough time to do them in. I’ve been going over lots
of stuff for work…checking the album art for our next single, our next music
video, etc. Lots of corrections and revisions. Because of all this I’ve been
feeling pretty impatient. I feel like I’m fated to never be able to get
everything done and just calm down…
There’s news of more terrorism in London, which is horrible. It seems like
the perpetrators don’t care who they hurt, and that their only goal is to
make people scared. Luckily there weren’t very many causalities, but I’m
praying for the victims of both incidents.
To combat all of this, I’m going to a holy place I’ve longed to visit for
years: Sedona, Arizona. That’s my number one priority.
It’s colder in L.A. than I expected. I always imagine it as being a really
hot place. Sedona is in the middle of the desert and will probably be hotter
than I can imagine, but I’ll give it my best shot. I can’t wait to be
filled with sacred energy, out in the middle of Mother Nature…
I’ll write again later. Until then--
