N.A.G. 5


NEO ASCENSION GROOVE Vol. 5 took place on April 29th. Clubasia has really
been fixed up since last December’s fire, and standing on the brand new
stage there was an incredible feeling. It was a really great night with TETRA
and KNOTO of S.T.K., sAk and K-Ta of SHAG, my good pal FIRE who I haven’t
played with in a long time, the amazing tenor KUNI, SOLEA, Dokorooru, and as
always, ultra-cool MIEKO. The VJ, AURA, is someone I really respect as well.
Everyone was brilliant! I have such amazing friends.

My new electronic group, S.T.K, seemed well received, which I’m really happy
about. And SHAG seems to keep evolving each time (I like to think…) We all
kind of went crazy, and it felt like we plunged into totally new territory.
It was as if we had suddenly become “Super SHAG!”

I hope that this crazy, groovy party only keeps on getting better. The next
one should be in July, and I hope to see you all there. Next time let’s make
it all the way to the cosmos!
