40th Anniversary


Forty years have passed by...I can’t believe that I’ve managed to survive
for so long!


I’ve written about this before,
but when I think about being alive for forty years,
it seems like such a long time.
Yet when you consider that the Earth has gone around the sun only forty
times,
it seems so very short...


In any case, I feel proud to have been given life in 1969, which was such a
special year.
And even at this age, I’m still just an inexperienced kid of rock'n' roll.
I’ve got to proceed forward, to see how far I can go.


To all of my dear friends reading this,
I thank you for accepting me as I am and kindly ask for your continued

40年が経ってしまいました・・・。
よくここまで生き長らえてきたなあ。


以前も書いたんだけど、本当に思う。
40年も俺は棲息しているのか・・・40年は永い。
40回しかまだ太陽を廻っていないのか・・・40年は短い。


ただ、1969年というスペシャルな年に生を受けた事を本当に誇りに思う。


結局この年になっても俺はまだ、単なる未熟なROCK小僧だ。
もっともっと精進して生きていかなきゃ、限界まで。
