Derek Fisher, the Lakers' veteran guard, reflected on the current team and
its resemblance to (and differences from) the championship teams of earlier
in the decade, in a session with reporters Tuesday night after LA wrapped up
the top spot in the Western Conference:


"The playoffs are a great thing to be a part of. At this point of my career,
I feel really excited to have this opportunity again.

季後賽是種蘇湖的東西當你參與其中時,在我生涯的這一個摩門特,
我覺得自己都要硬起來了.

"I feel great for a lot of these young guys that haven't had this opportunity
- not just to be in the postseason but to be at the top of the heap, looking
down at other people and saying, 'OK, let's go give ourselves a chance to win
a championship' this time, (rather than) 'Let's figure out how we're going to
win one game in the first round.' There's a difference in our team in that
regard.'"

我對於很多這些還沒有擁有機會年輕的小子感覺棒極了,那種你可以高高在上,
往下看著其他人說"OK 讓我們給我們一次機會去贏得總冠軍吧"而非"讓我們想一想

(How close is this team?)

這支球隊有多接近呢?

"Closeness in terms of how we get along? We're a very close group. I think it
starts with Kobe's openness in terms of wanting to include everyone and
everything, and also wanting to be included, himself, in things that we do.

你是指我們靠的有多近嗎?(羞) 我們是非常黏的球隊.我想那大概是自從老大打開心胸
想要讓大家水乳交融吧.  當然他自己也想要參與大家都在做的事情.(大羞)

"A lot of the rest of it goes to our young guys, who are just fun to be
around. They're positive, and they're always optimistic. It just seems like
nothing really bothers them.

剩下大部分的是因為我們的年輕球員.他們很正面,也很樂觀.
看起來就像是沒什麼東西可以讓他們煩惱.

"And I think that energy really rubs off on our whole locker room, where
nothing gets us down for long. We had great wins that we didn't get too
excited about. We came back the next night and had another great win.

"We've had some bad losses this season, but they haven't really lingered
much. We had one or two stretches where it was kind of like, OK, what the
heck is going on. But for the most part, this season, we never allowed one or
two losses to turn into three or four, or five out of 10. We pretty much
stayed at that pace where we were winning six, seven, eight, nine, 10 out of
10. And that's how you win 57 games.

我們在這季也有過一些慘敗,但是那些並沒什麼大的影響.
我們也有一些不好的時候,感覺就像是你會說  他X的,到底是怎樣拉!!!
但是大部分的時候,這個球季我們從未允許一場或兩場的失敗轉變成三場或四場,或更多.

"We're having a lot of fun. Obviously, winning helps, for you to have some
fun and enjoy what you're doing out there. But like I said, we have a great
group of guys. And I think we all appreciate and respect this opportunity we
have.

我們玩的很開心(羞).很明顯的,勝利是對那有助興的效果的,對你來說,玩的開心點

"And I think there's a sense of accountability that has spread throughout our
locker room. Each guy feels as though he owes the next guy his best effort
and his best attitude, his best approach to the game. There's no better
feeling when you have a team full of guys like that."

(You've been sort of the glue to this team. How much has your addition helped
Kobe Bryant evolve?)

"Kobe's a great teammate. I've watched him kind of transition and grow in the
three years that I was gone. I could see him trying to become more of a
leader and more of a guy who would take the reins in terms of keeping the
team together.

老大是一個很棒的隊友,在我離開的這三年,我看著他轉型並且成長,我感覺到他正試著
成為一個領導者.

"And I was really excited, after things unfolded and I was back in the
position where I was going to be a teammate of his, knowing that I could help
him shoulder some of that and we could do this thing together as veterans and
as leaders of this team. Not just in the locker room and being mentors and
whatnot, but leading our team in terms of professionalism and our approach to
the game, and the fact that we're the oldest and stiffest guys on the team,
but we both played all 82 games.

(How can Kobe not be the MVP in your mind, truthfully?)

"I'm a pretty smart guy, but I'm gonna play dumb today, and I'm gonna say
that there's no way on earth he does not win the MVP award."

我還蠻聰明的,但是我今天不跟你虎爛,而且我要介紹你好藥.不是  我要說
地球上什麼事情都可能發生,就只有老大不拿MVP這件事情不可能發生.(>.<)凸

(So this really shouldn't be a race.)

所以這不算是場MVP競賽囉?

"In my opinion, no. But you can't take away fro the type of season that Chris
Paul and Kevin Garnett and other guys have had this season. But I don't think
anyone's had to carry what Kobe's had to carry this year, in terms of having
a target on his back and having a team that at t he start of the season, was
not necessarily a championship contender.

在我看來,不  不是,但是你不能忽略CP3 KG 和其他人在這季所貢獻的,但是我就是不認為
有誰帶來那些老大帶來的東西.

"Everyone's obviously going to look to the Pau Gasol trade and say, well,
that was the difference. Btu we had a pretty good team before he showed up,
and he made us better. But still, I don't think any of it goes without Kobe's
brilliance."

很明顯的,大家都會看著Gasol的交易然後說  好吧,那就是你們不一樣的地方了.
但是我們在他來之前就已經是不錯的球隊了,只是他讓我們更好而已.
但是,我仍然認為我們在沒有老大的英明神武的狀況下  哪裡都去不了.

(Thoughts on a potential playoff matchup against either Denver or Dallas)

你們想在季後賽遇到金塊還是小牛呢?

"For us, it doesn't matter. We're where we want to be at this point in terms
of being in the postseason and having homecourt advantage throughout. We
respect both teams and the abilities of both teams, so we'll just have to
kind of play the wait-and-see game, see how things unfold. But it won't
change our approach one bit. I think the youth and the enthusiasm of our team
... we're going to be really excited this weekend. Hopefully we can channel
that and keep ourselves focused this week, and come out ready to play whoever
we face this weekend."

對我們來說沒差啦~~

their division. But that doesn't happen here.)

"This is my ninth year with the Lakers, and we don't do that, really.
Division championships ... it's a great accomplishment, but it's not
something that's necessarily celebrated when you play for an organization
that has won as many world championships as it has.

我在這裡第九年了,我們只是不做那個而已,分組冠軍不錯 啦,但是那不算什麼.

"It feels good, and we talk about it internally, but it's not something that
we necessarily outwardly celebrate. We feel that winning our division is one
step towards the goal. We appreciate it, we respect it, but not much confetti
or T-shirts or hats or anything like that floating around."

只是沒必要啦~~~XD

(Even the younger players, who haven't won a division championship,
understand the expectations here.)

"Yeah, they understand it. Obviously we weren't division champions a few days
ago, so it wasn't something we could plan for necessarily. We took a half a
roll of toilet paper and used a magic marker and wrote, '2007-2008 Pacific
Division Champions' and put it up on our refrigerator in our locker room.
That's about all the banner you'll get around this place for winning a
division."

(I thought maybe you were going to say you used it to TP Phil's house.)

"Nah.

"If you don't win championships around here, you're not quite cuttin' it, so
that's what our goal is."

(Kobe said perhaps this early success is most meaningful to him and to you,
because of your history with the team.)

老大之前說過這個比較快到來的成功是對你和老大有著巨大意義的.

"I think, because of our experience with the teams of the past, we have the
greatest understanding of how becoming a championship team starts. So the
excitement for us begins with this type of season. You take that first step
toward being the best. Being the best in the regular season and now growing
hopefully to being the best in the postseason.

我想那大概是因為我們在這個球隊過去的歷史吧.我們對於成為一支冠軍球隊的先發
有很好的認知. 你先成為季賽的冠軍,然後成為季後賽的總冠軍.

"We went through those tough times our first few years. Kobe and the team's
been through some tough times the last few years, getting eliminated in the
first round, but always having to kind of fight that uphill battle, being a
lower seed and not being a team that matched up well against the other
Western Conference teams. I think a lot of that has changed with the way our
team is made up right now. So there isn't any reason to believe we don't have
a real shot at winning the title."

我們在一開始艱苦的幾年順利的走過來了.老大和球隊都走過來了.雖然都在第一輪被淘汰
 但是總是在那裡和對手互尻了幾拳. 我想那造就了現在我們的這支球隊.

(You've been through this enough times. Is there kind of a different feeling
this time with this team, or do you sense the same sort of thing building
that you had during the championship run?)

你已經有不少這種季後賽經驗了,這次和以前有什麼不同嗎? 還是你覺得沒差呢?

"I think there's similarity in terms of beign first in the West, and some of
the statistical things where you could say, OK, our teams in the past did
similar things. But I think the makeup of our team and the spriit of our team
is totally different than those teams in the past.

成為西區第一這種事情對我來說的確不陌生,但是球隊的組成和精神時和過去完全
不一樣的.

"Our team was largely defined by Shaq's size and his dominance and his
strength and his personality. And then Kobe's brilliance and composure and
athleticism, kind of in a supporting role in a sense. They carried us in a
lot ways, and the rest of us were just kind of instrumental at different
times.

我們過去的球隊是活在俠客的體型  統治力 力量 和他的人格,然後才是老大.


"I think this team, more than any Laker team in the past, is truly a unit,
where you have eight, nine, 10, 11, maybe 12 guys at any given point that can
all help you and have helped you throughout the entire season. I thinkt hat
breeds a greater confidence in our team, and not the fact that, oh, man, if
Kobe doesn't play well, maybe we don't have a chance. Or if Pau doesn't play
well, maybe we can't win.

我認為這支湖人對比以為任何一支湖人更像是一個團隊,我們可以隨意的挑個八九十個人
來得分.就算老大和上帝都當機了  我們也是OK的!!!囧

"I think those teams in the past, if Shaq wasn't Shaq and Kobe wasn't Kobe,
we might have had a more difficult time winning games in the playoffs. I
think this team is different. When you have the widespread talent we have,
from Kobe to Pau to Lamar, to a lot of our young guys who are coming off the
bench, giving us great play, it's hard to say we have to rely on any one
person to do anything. We can beat you in a lot of different ways."

我想如果在過去,如果俠客都不俠客了  上帝都不上帝了,
我們大概會碰到更多阻礙吧.這支球隊不一樣,當你有許多有天份的球員,
你很難去說你需要一個人去做任何一件事情,我們可以有很多方法打倒對手.


(And this is a younger team, too. That was largely a veteran unit.)



"We were mostly in our mid-20s when we started that championship run, but we
had some key veteran guys that added some age to that team: A.C. Green, Glen
Rice, Rick (Fox), Robert Horry. So we had some guys that played big roles for
us that added the seasoning and the experience to our championship

"Then as we moved through that run, we got into our late 20s, and then some
of our guys were early 30s to mid-30s. People kind of started to label us as,
we were getting too old and those types of things. We never believed that. I
think the Spurs have proven you can win championships with guys who are 30
plus, because they've been the cream of the crop the last few years with 30
and over guys.

"This team is different. We're younger in a lot of different ways. Our
energy's different. But hopefully the end game is the same, and that's a
championship."

這支球隊不一樣,我們從很多角度來說都年輕的多,我們的力量也不一樣,
但是希望結局會一樣,那就是冠軍.

(What about the fact that this is a group that hasn't won a playoff series?
You talk about the championship teams, but those teams took the steps up the
ladder. This team hasn't won a series yet. How much of a factor do you think
that is?)

那你對這是支沒贏過季後賽系列的球隊有什麼看法呢? 你說的冠軍球隊,
是那些按部就班來的. 但是這支球隊還沒贏過系列賽,你認為這會有多大的影響?

"It's hard for me to say because I wasn't here, in terms of how it felt
emotionally for the guys that have experienced it the last few years. But I
think those things build you up and make you stronger, each time you go
through it. That disappointment almost forms a callus and hardens you in a
sense, so that next time you get a chance, you want it even more, and your
desire to do it has grown a great deal.

對我來說很難講,畢竟我過去不在這裡. 不過我想那些事情讓他們成長而變的強大,


"I think our young guys that have gone through those experiences, I think
that's the reason why they came back and played the way they did this season,
and helped us so much. We wouldn't be No. 1 in the West without those guys
taking those disappointments into the gym last summer and coming back the way
they did, the Jordan Farmars and Ronny Turiafs and Sasha and Andrew before
his injury. Those guys have been disappointed in the things that happened the
last year or two, and they took it to the gym and came back much better
players.

我想我們的年輕球員都已經克服那些了,我想那就是他門來到這裡的原因,
我想如果我們沒有他們,我們無法成為西區第一,農夫 跳跳虎 殺殺 還有受傷前的罷男
這些人抱著之前的失望回到球場並且成為更強大的球員.

"So, hopefully with a few additions, and myself, and now with Pau, we have a
little bit more experience and guys that are veterans that maybe have not,
outside of myself and Kobe, have won a lot of playoff games or series, but
have the resolve and the leadership and the toughness to hold the team
together."








總結就是   漁夫覺得kobe應該拿MVP  然後小將們也都成長不少
重點     會拿到總冠軍!!!!
