Yep.
Cause the usage of this worn,"should",is used by expressing a commend or want
to somebody to do something directly.
That's not an usage of politeness.
Like the former description,I'd use the sentence of"let's go dutch".

I'd rather utter the one of british.
Its accent sounds elegant and noble.
