如果這是你對題目的解讀的話
是不是有點誤會題目的意思啦

第一句話的意思應該是
"所有的語言及方言都有自己的規則 並且都能勝任溝通的橋樑"
意思就是每一種語言都有自己的rule(包含syntax, phonology...)
不管是比較難學還是比較容易學
分布的範圍廣不廣 使用人口多不多...etc
都能夠使人與人之間的溝通無礙

一般所謂"superior language"
可能只是語言使用範圍較大 使用者較有影響力
但那是因為社會價值影響
如現在的英文熱 大家都注重學英文

但語言本身並沒有"哪一種比較好 哪一種比較不好"的區別

推 MilchFlasche:同意。我覺得講「某些語言比較進化、

→ MilchFlasche:但語言學愛好者的看法和一般人有很大不同
