Thus we can see some links between recruitment patterns and personality，
since those who occupy key policy positions are unlikely to represent a

如此我們能夠看出在招募典型和個性之間的一些關聯，
雖然那些佔了主要決策職位的人很難根據個性去顯現出群眾任意交叉的部分，
但是我們卻可以從群眾對於義務和權力的需求和渴望去劃分。
不知道對不對ㄟ....
這好像是行銷人力資源的東西

恩，這的確是原文書籍的一小段節錄，
主要是探討決策因素結構的問題，其中一段關於人員招募的說明部分！
