看來是一種古語, 已經沒有被使用了, 所以這個字(u有戴帽子)就是指那種語言,
現今沒有人日常在用這個字(語言)了
以下附上三段資料(u上都有帽子的)

(the faithful Dunedain of Arnor and Gondor,
and the Black Numenoreans of the south).
While in the north Adunaic mutated into Westron,

but no longer used in everyday conversation.

or Andunie. It was influenced heavily by the Eldar

It is the source of the many dialects known as Westron and spoken at Umbar,
Tharbad, Gondor and points in between.
