The Eastern Conference Finals have become major theater for NBA casual fans.
Game Six set a new cable television ratings record.
東區決賽對一些比較少追NBA球賽的觀眾而言，其精采度就跟電影一樣好看。
因為昨天的比賽，又創下了NBA在有線台轉播的紀錄。
According to sportsbusinessdaily.com:
ESPN earned an 8.2 overnight Nielsen rating for Thursday night’s
Heat-Celtics NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game Six, marking the best
overnight ever for an NBA game on cable TV, with records dating back to ’03.
The 8.2 rating surpasses the previous overnight record set by Game Four of
the same series.
根據Sports Business Daily網站的報導：
ESPN昨天熱火/賽爾提克系列賽的第六場比賽，在AC尼爾森有高達8.2的晚間收視率。
這個成績不僅比幾天前的第四場比賽還要高，也是2003年以來NBA比賽在有線台的
最好成績。
The net’s most recent Game Six was in the Celtics-Magic Eastern Conference
Finals in ’10, which drew a 5.5 rating.
ESPN在2010年轉播賽隊/魔術的分區決賽第六場時，其收視率為5.5。

心得：縮水球季ESPN播NBA的收視率還能不降反升，看來ESPN應該是不會隨意取消
