overhead(costs)經常費（工廠製造費用如場租等，泛指與產品無直接關聯的一般性費用
，包括行銷及人事費用等）
fixed(variable) costs固定（變動）費
administative expenses行政費
labor costs人事費
cost percentage成本率
cost effectiveness成本效益（做決策時的一種方法，比較方案的成本與其效益，通常效
益大於成本的方案才會進行）
fiscal year會計年度
consolidated accounts合併帳戶 （比如母公司與子公司之間的債權債務，會計科目編製
合併報表時，就必須彼此消除，雙方的資產負債必須合併加總後，就是合併帳戶）
surplus=be in the black順差、剩餘額
deficit=be in the red赤字、不足額
debit借方
credit貸方
cash crunch資金短缺
accounts receivable=debtors應收帳款
accounts payable=creditors應付帳款、未付的款項
