'C'mon, C'mon', the follow up to 1998's 'The Globe Sessions', was written and produced by Crow and features contributions from artists including Lenny Kravitz, Stevie Nicks, Natalie Maines (Dixie Chicks) and Don Henley. Folk and country veteran, Emmylou Harris also features on the forthcoming LP. 'Soak Up The Sun', the first single to be taken from the album, will be released in the UK on March 25. A tentative tracklisting for the album is as follows: Steve McQueen Soak Up The Sun You're An Original It's So Easy Over You It's Only Love Weather Channel You're Not The One Missing Abilene Slave Safe & Sound 'C'Mon C'Mon' is released on April 1. Meanwhile, Sheryl Crow is to perform at the Concert For Artists Rights in Los Angeles next month. Artists including Beck, Eddie Vedder and No Doubt are lined up to appear at the concert, which will benefit the Recording Artists Coalition. The RAC wants action against Labour Code Section 2855, "which unfairly excludes recording artists from the same protection of law afforded all other working persons in California who sign a personal services contract". Crow is also due to play a string of live dates in the UK this May. Tour dates will be confirmed within the next fortnight.
