對，我指的 super-user 是 root。

廣義的說法：凡是 uid=0 的，都算是 super-user，在系統中擁有最大的權力。
假如你增加一個 super-user，不就相當於再增加一個 root 嗎？那這樣跟你把
root 密碼交給別人，不就差不多？

改檔案的 owner，對 Linux 來講，本來就是 super-user 獨有的權力；
因此一般 user 不能改檔案或目錄的 owner 是天經地義的。
