The recently recalled Jerome Williams could replace Tyler Chatwood in the
rotation.

It's a little surprising since the Angels already have one rotation spot in
flux with Joel Pineiro's struggles, but it's not as if Chatwood can be
shocked that he would get the boot, as he's given up 18 runs over his last
four starts and holds a 68/63 K/BB ratio over 130 1/3 innings this season. We
still like the 21-year-old's arm, but he clearly has some growing to do.
Williams hasn't pitched in the major leagues since 2007, but he posted a
solid 3.91 ERA and 60/15 K/BB ratio in 73-plus innings this year at Triple-A.
