: better throughout the game.
: Vorpal Blade's health return now scales off of Shen's maximum health,

Shen Buff 的其中一個重點是讓他在整個遊戲中的成長曲線更佳,
利刃(Q)回復的生命現在會依據 Shen 的最大生命值增加,隊友的攻擊也會生效。
(按:故Shen的最大生命越多,隊友攻擊時獲得的回復也會越多)
: This means as Shen gets tankier, his Vorpal Blade heal is still relevant.
: We've taken a similar approach in increasing the health scaling on Ki Strike.
: He will continue to be a threat and make other players want to attack him,
: which is a primary role of a tank.
這代表若 Shen 變得更坦後,利刃(Q)的治療還是很有用,
我們也以同樣的訴求來增加了氣合斬(被動)依生命成長的幅度。
他將持續成為一個威脅並誘使其它玩家攻擊他,達成坦克的使命。
: With primary tanks like Alistar, while they're being disruptive
: and stunning enemies, they're preventing the enemy theam from dealing any
: damage.
幾個主要坦克,像牛,當他們切割陣型並暈眩敵人時,他們就防止敵對輸出傷害。
: We wanted to take a similar approach to Shadow Dash.
: When Shen hits someone with Shadow Dash, they deal reduced damage to Shen for
: the duration of the taunt.
我們希望能在影襲(E)上做類似的更動,當Shen嘲諷到某個目標時,在效果其間對Shen造
成的傷害將會降低。
: This means that even though they're attack him, their total damage is
: still going down over the course of a team fight.

: One common complaint from Shen players is how constrained he is for energy.
: In longer fights, we wanted to give Shen a way to restore energy if he plays
: smart and looks for opportunities to do so.
Shen的玩家們常抱怨的一點就是能量吃緊的問題。
在長時間的戰鬥中,我們希望只要 Shen 玩得聰明些並尋求適當的時機,他能夠有辦法
回復能量。
: Shadow Dash will now restore energy based on the number of enemy champions
: taunted.
影襲(E)現在會依照嘲諷到的敵人回復能量。
: This means that if Shen can land a clutch Shadow Dash, he'll get a lot of
: energy back and be able to use a lot more abilities.
: Another way we've let Shen manage energy is by adding energy restoration
: to Ki Strike.
這代表 Shen 只要把握住一個成功的影襲(E),他將獲得大量的能量回饋且能使用更多的
技能。另一個回復能量的手段是在被動效果發動時獲得能量回饋。
: In addition, his attacks will lower ther cooldown of Ki Strike, instead
: of when he gets hit and while Feint's shield holds, that rate is doubled.
: Therefore, if Shen can get in there and manage all of these elements,
: he'll be getting energy back much faster that we see currently.
此外,他的普攻會降低被動的冷卻,原先是他受到攻擊時;而當佯攻(W)啟動時,降冷卻
的效果變成兩倍。
因此,若 Shen 切入戰場並適當地運用技能,他將獲得比現在更多的能量回復。
: Sona 索娜
: Sona has taken the throne for "best support champion" for a while.
: We do have some Sona nerfs coming into this patch. How are we bringing her
: in line?
Sona 獲得「最佳輔助」的頭銜好一陣子了,我們確實在下個patch對Sona有些Nerf.
我們將如何對她做修正呢?
: The Sona changes are completely oriented around her early game power.
: By reducing the power on the rank 1-4 auras and letting them catch up
: at rank 5, we get to remove some power from early game Sona and balance
: her out more effectively.
Sona的改動完全針對她初期的強勢,透過削弱她 lv1~lv4的被動靈氣,並在lv5時回到原
先的強度,我們可以降低她遊戲初期的優勢,更有效地平衡她。
: But we get to keep what's fun about Sona infact, which is the active abilites.
: There is a new thing that Sona players can now think about, which is
: "Which aura do I want to spec into?"
事實上,我們希望能保持玩 Sona 的樂趣,也就是她的主動技能。
現在 Sona 的玩家必須考慮:「我想要專注在哪個靈氣效果?」
: Since Sona's auras now get noticeably stronger as they rank up,
: you can spec into which aura you want to go to and get to rank 5 first,
: which is a new decision for Sona players to make.
現在,既然 Sona 的靈氣會依照你在技能上的投資顯著增強,你可以專注在某個靈氣上
並優先投資到 lv5,這會是 Sona 玩家新的取捨抉擇。
: Soraka
: We also have a number of changes to Soraka: We're tweaking the mana costs
: on Starcall and Astral Blessing.
我們也對 Soraka 做了些改動:我們微調了群星隕落(Q)和星之祝福(W)的法力消耗。
: We're also upping the mana given on Infuse but removing its ability to give
: mana to Soraka. What are the goals with these changes?
我們同時提昇了法力灌注(E)給予的法力,但移除了它回復Soraka魔力的效果。
這些改動的目標為何呢?
(按:應該是不再會讓Soraka回魔了)
: The Soraka chagnes revolve around two thing:
: Increasing her ability to restore mana to friends and support in a unique way,
: as well as reducing her immovability in lane due to her own resource sustain.
: By removing the ability for Soraka to cast Infuse on herself, we make it so
: she can't have infinite mana anymore and therefore the mana costs on her other
: skills are actually meaningful.
Soraka 的改動以下列兩點為核心:
-提昇回復隊友法力的能力,並以她獨有的方式輔助;同時,因她自己的魔力考量,減少
她在線上一成不變的模式。
-透過移除自我回復法力,Soraka不再擁有無限的魔力,因此其它法術的魔力消耗將變得
更重要
: The upside to this is that Infuse now restores more mana when used on friends.
: This is an interesting lane decision you can make if you want to bring Soraka
: and feed the other guy in your lane mana.
: We want to make sure Soraka could still zone and harass effectively, so we
: lowered the cost on Starcall to make up for the Infuse change.
就好的方面來說,法力灌注(E) 替隊友回復的魔力更多了,這將會是個有趣的對線選擇,
如果你希望帶個 Soraka 並給予另一個人更多撐線所需的法力。
我們仍希望Soraka能有 zone out/騷擾的能力,所以我們降低了群星隕落(Q)的法力消耗
來彌補法力灌注(E)的改動。

: Vladimir
: We have two Valdimir nerfs coming in:
: Lowering the bonus healing on the early ranks of Tides of blood, and slightly
: lowering the damage amplification from his ultimate, Hemoplague.
: Why are we nerfing Valdimir?
我們對 Vlad 有兩點 Nerf:
-降低血之潮汐(E)早期提供的額外生命回復
-稍微降低大絕「承受傷害增幅」的效果
為什麼我們要 Nerf 他呢?
: When we lowered the cooldown on Transfusion and the cost on Tides of Blood,
: we liked that he was able to cast spells more often, but he was getting too
: much sustain early in the game.
降低鮮血轉換(Q)的冷卻及血之潮汐(E)的生命消耗後,我們很滿意他能更頻繁地施放技
能,但他卻在初期獲得太強的撐線能力了。
: By making the healing bonus scale with ranks of Tides of Blood, this will
: smooth out the curve between the early game and the late game.
: Vladimir will still feel good in team fights late game, but without the
: abuse cases in lane early game.
透過降低血之潮汐(E)給予的生命回復增幅,可以稍微平緩他初期與後期的成長曲線。
Vlad 在後期會戰中依舊表現良好,但失去了初期撐線時的濫用技能(abuse case)。

: In longer games and when heavily farmed, Valdimir's late game damage was a
: little too high.
: By reducing the damage amp on Hemoplague, this allows us to lower his late
: game damage without taking away the fun gameplay for Vladimir.
長時間的遊戲中,若 Vlad 大農特農,在大後期的輸出傷害有些過高。
透過降低大絕造成的「承受傷害增幅」,讓我們能在不傷及玩Vlad的樂趣之前提下,降
低他晚期的傷害。
