上面這篇裡面,phreak的說明如下
Think of it this way:

There are two types of health gain: Healing/Regeneration/Triggered/Spell
heals, and Lifesteal/Spellvamp.

Spirit Visage and Mortal Strike affect everything in the first category and
nothing in the second category.

The one edge case I know if is that Udyr's Turtle Stance "lifesteal" is
actually a "heal" and is affected by Ignite/Visage.


意思是說回血有兩種,一種是補血/自動回血/觸發回血/法術回血,
一種是物攻吸血和法傷吸血
Spirit Visage和扣回血效率的攻擊(海盜的被動,kata開招後的Q等)都只對第一種有效
所以像槍刀配spirit visage基本上是完全沒有加成效果的

然後Rene的Q有效,Xin跟Irelia的被動也有效@@
