Right after the Season Two European Regionals we see the first roster change
in the Polish  Elohell.net team.  Maciej "Shushei" Ratuszniak shows his
dissatisfaction on Facebook where he states that he is reminded of the former
situation at  Fnatic Raidcall, which really bugs him. EloHell is a one day
fly according to the Polish League of Legends icon, only set up for the
European Challenger Circuit in Poland, but extended to Gamescom because none
of the players would have a chance to participate if it was not with
EloHell.net. Shushei and his team performed dissapointingly at the Regional
Finals, being outclassed by the Russian giant  Moscow 5.

Goodmorning everyone,

So yesterday I decided to leave EloHell lineup, its been bugging me since
team decided to replace Hosan with Vanderfuck. I dont have anything against
Vanderfuck but I like Hosan more and also it kind of reminded me of my
situation with Fnatic.
昨天我決定離開EloHell，自從Vanderfuck取代了Hosan之後我困擾了許久。我無意對
Vnderfuck不敬，但是我更喜歡Hosan，而且這狀況讓我想到了我之前在Fnatic的時候。

There were also few other reasons
另外還有幾個理由

1. Team had problem of arguing during games which I didnt like and it kind of
made me not motivated to play anymore, thus i played worse or champions that
didnt fit the team.
隊伍在比賽中一直有爭吵的問題，這讓我很沒動力去玩，甚至讓我玩的更糟或是選擇了
與隊伍比較不相容的英雄

2. There were some character/playstyle conflicts, thus my teammates could not
read my moves and sometimes there is just not enough time to give a call. You
have a split second to go in and you go in. If your team does not follow you
lose .
隊伍裡有些隊員個性和遊戲風格上有分歧，這讓我的隊友們沒辦法理解我的行動，尤其
有些時候沒時間call的時候 。有些時候只是差了一秒你就進場了，可是隊友們沒跟上，
你就輸了。

3. Team was "made " only for ECC from start it extended for GCC since if we
disbanded noone of us would have a chance to fight there. So after GCC I gave
it a thought and decided I will look for team that I fit in better.
隊伍一開始只是為了ECC而組成的，隨後延長了一些，不然我們沒人有機會可以在GCC比
賽。所以在GCC之後我思考了一下，並且決定我會找一支我可以更好融入的隊伍。
