“The Launcher has experienced an error”
1. Restart the Launcher like it says, geez
2. Make sure you are current on your Windows Updates
3. Make sure you have Dot Net Framework 3.5
4. If you are running Windows Vista/Windows 7 make sure the install path is
NOT in Program Files
5. Reinstall League of Legends
官方放的解決方法之一，
首先你確定你的windows有更新到最新
確定你有安裝Framework 3.5
如果你是vista or win7 確定你安裝的資料夾不是在program files底下
重新安裝
我覺得另一個可能就是防火牆，可能是防毒軟體或者windows給擋了下來。
