Features
Long Exposure CapabilityHere you have it – the only Polaroid
600 series camera that can shoot up to 8 second long-exposures.
This one little feature will literally explode your creative
playground – allowing you to shoot well into the midnight
hour without a flash. But it gets better. When you activate
the flash, it fires at the end of your exposure – thereby
creating a crisp flashed subject against a dreamy ambient
background. Ahhhh!
Standard Cable ReleasePop your NightCam onto a tripod, screw
in the included cable release, and brother – you’re on
your way to perfect, shake-free exposures. Another nice
feature: the cable release is a standard design and works
with your other cable-friendly cameras too!
Easy Film FormatThe NightCam shoots all varieties of Polaroid
600-series film. This is the format that you know and love -
the little square images with a fat white border on the bottom.
Shoot, remove, and the shot develops three minutes later in
your hands.Elegant LooksTWhile the other Polaroids are apt to
jump up and shout, this smooth brotha plays it cool along the
back. All black is always flattering and quite mysterious.
Just how he likes it.
Flip-Out Macro LensClose focusing down to 2" (.6m) is possible
with the ingenious flip-out macro lens. Even better - when
you flip out the lens, a frame automatically flips out over
the viewfinder as well, giving you a guide for perfect
composition. Even better than that - the macro lens automatically
retracts after you shoot, so you won't forget that it's activated.
Exposure ControlNeed to expose that shot a little more or a
little less. You don’t have to say please. Just slide the
exposure lever to your desired setting. There’s a good lad.
