不知道是不是這個問題，和blas選擇有關
1. right-click on "My Computer" and select "Properties".
(Alternatively, go to the control panel and select "System".)
2. Select the "Advanced" tab, then click on the "Environment
Variables" button at the bottom.
3. In the "User variables" section, click on the "New" button, then
enter "BLAS_VERSION" for the name and "atlas_Athlon.dll" for the
value.
4. Hit "OK" a couple of times to wrap up.
I don know what exacly is this, but it work perfect!!!
