Music video for MISIA's theme song for live-action Fullmetal Alchemist
MISIA has uploaded the music video to her 40th single, Kimi no Soba ni Iru yo
(I Will Be By Your Side), the theme song to the live-action Fullmetal
Alchemist film. The song was first heard in the fourth trailer.
Composed by Ichiro Suezawa and Mayu Wakisaka, with the lyrics by MISIA, the
single is released on CD and iTunes in Japan on 29 November and also includes
four remixes.
The music video is directed by the film’s director, Fumihiko Sori, and
features MISIA alongside Alphonse in a few familiar locations. As reported on
Natalie, the video was shot a year after the film, with Sori wanting to make
it look like MISIA was a new character in the movie.
