我前天寄了封MAIL給McAdam做確認，昨天就收到McAdam的回信了....
以下全文轉貼：

Jason,

I'm not sure to whom I responded earlier.
But to make clear -- and you have my persmission to reprint this
or post it elsewhere -- I NEVER said that Lidge couldn't pitch,
or that he indicated anything close to this to his manager or pitching coach.

I am completely mystified that this has become an issue,
as I indicated before, the column was about Dennis Eckersley
addressing what Lidge was going through and what he would have
to overcome to pitch in the rest of the post-season.

I hope this clears up a giant misunderstanding.
