Bobbi Brown online真是重視客人

[Foucault (真愛沒有原因)]

我在美國的這個城市，沒有BB的櫃，
所以我都上他們網站去網購。

很久以前，我就在線上問過他們的彩妝師，
想知道粉底霜兩種不同海綿的差別與用法。
隔天就很親切回信跟我解釋。
那時就對他們對待消費者的態度有很好的印象。

上星期又網購，他們有個線上問卷，我做了。
問卷最後有一欄讓我自由表達意見，
我抱怨在網站上沒有亞洲線的產品。
(對那個白盒子的防曬粉餅很有興趣)
沒幾天，他們某單位就e-mail告訴我，
要把我的意見轉到Global Consumer Communication部門，
希望他們可以幫上忙。
其實我填問卷的時候，根本沒有期待他們的回音呢。

剛剛收到Global Consumer Communication的來信：

products are distributed in international markets only, and is not
available within the United States.  As a point of information,
Harrod's

沒想到他們竟然這麼有誠意...
我一個小小客戶的意見，讓他們這樣花時間處理。
Bobbi Brown，"就甘心ㄟ" (借全國電子的廣告詞)
我不知道我互動的這算是美國的Bobbi Brown還是國際單位，
不過台灣的BB客戶沒他們多，卻還不能讓客人各個滿意，
真是該檢討了...

(不知道這篇有沒有違反版旨版規。如果不當，非常抱歉...)
