Wes Brown and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer are set to give Alex Ferguson some Festive
cheer by recovering from their injuries in time for Christmas.
Wes is recovering from cruciate ligament surgery to repair damage sustained
against Everton in the final game of last season, while Ole is also on the
road to recovery following his September knee surgery.
Sir Alex said: "Wes is doing fine. All his remedial work is good and he is
probably ahead of the game a bit, but we aren't taking any chances. It will
be Christmas time when he is ready to play again.
"The same applies to Ole. He will be back by Christmas. He thinks he is ready
now to start doing more, but no, it is Christmas for him as well."
