Man Utd players in accident

Manchester United's reserve game against Birmingham has been postponed after
two youth players were involved in an accident.

But a United statement read: "Manchester United's reserve-team game against
Birmingham this evening has been cancelled due to two United youth team
players being involved in a serious road traffic accident on Carrington
Lane early this afternoon.

曼聯預備對兩名尚未公佈姓名的球員在卡靈頓訓練營外發生意外，
星期三與伯明罕的預備隊比賽因為這個嚴重的交通意外而被取消。

    新浪體育訊　北京時間今天凌晨，曼聯預備隊同伯明翰預備隊的比賽被迫取消，原因
是兩名曼聯年輕球員遭遇車禍，其中一人傷勢比較嚴重。


　　警方宣稱，在曼徹斯特卡林頓路的一起嚴重交通事故中，兩名曼聯隊的年輕隊員受傷
後被送往了Wythenshawe醫院，其中一人因為傷勢嚴重，不得不動用了直升機。一名警官
稱傷者的傷勢「很嚴重」，需要緊急救治。


　　隨後曼聯俱樂部宣佈了兩名球員的姓名和傷情。受重傷的是17歲的預備隊球員菲爾-馬
什，他被直升機送到醫院後進行了緊急救治。據悉，他的一條腿已經骨折，胳膊也受了傷
，而且面部多處被劃傷。不過，目前馬什已經沒有生命危險。


　　另外一人是18歲的卡魯姆-弗拉納甘，他的傷情並不嚴重，沒有入院治療。這兩人都是
青年隊教練麥克萊爾看好的希望之星，他們的受傷可謂令俱樂部上下出了一身冷汗。


　　這起事故令人回想起了去年8月的一起慘劇，當時曼聯21歲的希望之星、年輕前鋒吉米
-戴維斯在一起車禍中身亡。當時租借沃特福德效力的戴維斯在前往參加同考文垂比賽的途
中不幸發生了事故，為此該場比賽取消，而且在此後的社區盾賽事中，曼聯和阿森納兩隊
球員均膊戴黑紗表示哀悼。
