Giggs To Go For An Operation
Ryan Giggs will need surgery to repair the injury he sustained in Champions
League action on Tuesday night.
The Welshman was making his 100th European appearance for United when he
fractured his cheekbone in an aerial collision with Lille defender Stathis
Tavlaridis during Tuesday's 0-0 Champions League draw at Old Trafford.
Worried fans wondering when he might return were told today by a club
spokeswoman: "Ryan Giggs will go for an operation. Then we'll see how he is."
曼聯發言人指出︰俱樂部將在Giggs動手術後，再評估其傷勢。
Giggs joins a host of first-team stars on the sidelines, including fellow
fractured bone victim Roy Keane.
