Ryan Salutes Attacking Talents Of Rossi
Ryan Giggs is predicting a bright future for Giuseppe Rossi who made his
first Premiership start in United's 4-0 victory over Charlton last weekend.
The 19-year-old striker bagged 30 goals for the Reserves in the run-up to
their Treble triumph this season and impressed during the Reds' final game
of the campaign against the Addicks.
Rossi, who also has four first team goals to his name, is set to become an
even more prominent figure in next season's senior squad and Giggs believes
he possesses all the qualities to become a top player at Old Trafford.
"Sometimes a young player can do well in the youth team and the Reserves
but you never know how they'll react to making that step up to the first
team," the Welsh winger told MUTV. "Giuseppe's made it very easily.
"We all recognise his quality when he trains with us. He's got quick feet,
a good touch and great scoring ability.
"He's going to be a very good player for this club," added Giggs.
