Giggs: No margin for error

Ryan Giggs says United cannot afford to give Chelsea any encouragement in
the title race and therefore must ensure they leave Ewood Park with maximum
points on Saturday.
Chelsea's 2-1 defeat at Tottenham last weekend allowed the Reds to open up
a three-point lead at the Premiership summit.
Despite the shock Carling Cup exit at Southend on Tuesday, Giggs insists
the Reds are full of confidence ahead of the Blackburn clash and is hopeful
they can continue their winning streak.
"Every away game is difficult but this is a local derby so we know it will
be a particularly tough match," he told MUTV.
"Sparky [Mark Hughes] always has his players up for this game, but we're
full of confidence and in terms of our league form we couldn't be going
into game feeling any better than we do at the moment.
"There's no room for error," added the winger who turns 33 later this
month. "We've got to keep going and maintain the consistency we've shown
so far this season because the games are coming thick and fast over the
next few weeks.
"The consistency level Chelsea have produced over the last couple of
years has been brilliant. All we can do is keep winning and hopefully
the teams around us will drop points."
One of the most pleasing aspects about the current campaign has been the
Reds' ever-increasing goals tally, currently the best in the Premiership
at 26.
"We're going into games believing we can score lots of goals and the most
pleasing thing is the goals are coming from all areas of the team,"
explained Giggs. "That's really important because we're always going to
create chances and anyone in the side is liable to score.
"You saw that last weekend against Portsmouth when Nev [Gary Neville] had
about four or five one-on-ones with David James! Hopefully we can keep
taking our chances."
