New Injury Blow For Captain Keane
Roy Keane is expected to miss two months of action after breaking a bone
in his left foot.
The skipper suffered the new injury in the latter stages of
Sunday's 0-0 draw with Liverpool. It appears that a challenge
by Luis Garcia resulted in the fracture of Keane's third metatarsal.
It was a cruel blow for Roy, who'd only just recovered from
a hamstring complaint. It's also a major headache for Sir Alex Ferguson,
coming so soon after the news that Gabriel Heinze will be out
for most of the season.

Manchester United skipper Roy Keane is facing a lengthy spell
on the sidelines after breaking a bone in his left foot,
according to Sky Sports.
Keane played for 89 minutes of the goalless draw against Liverpool
at Anfield before being replaced by Ryan Giggs.
But the Irishman is reported to have broken the third metatarsal
in his left foot and could be out for up to two months.
It was not immediately clear when Keane had picked up the injury.
United boss Alex Ferguson had sprung a surprise by naming him
in his side after a quicker-than-expected recovery from a hamstring injury.
