Alex Ferguson 1941年12月31日出生
Martin Ferguson 1942年12月21日出生 所以老頭是哥哥啦
Martin Ferguson是在1997年被蘇超Hibernian給炒魷魚後，隔年1998年老頭推薦他來的。
根據記載，他曾經考察過的幾個知名球員有：
Diego Forlan
Anderson
Fabio Quagliarella
Alessandro Nesta
Ruud van Nistelrooy

另外老頭有有三個兒子，
老大Mark，老二老三是雙胞胎是Darren跟Jason.
其中老二Darren就是曾經在曼聯踢過，目前在Peterborough United當主教練
另外老三Jason是搞經紀人的（也就是為什麼老頭不接受BBC訪問的原因）
