Ronaldo Rejects Real Rumours
Cristiano Ronaldo has denied speculation linking him with a move
to Real Madrid.
United's 20-year-old Portuguese winger - said to be in talks over
a new improved deal at Old Trafford - has been linked with a move
to La Liga with Real Madrid.
But, when asked if he thought the FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal
would be his last game, Ronaldo rejected the idea.
"I don't think I have played my last game for them," he told
Portuguese newspaper O Jogo.
"I do not know anything [about Real Madrid's interest]. Those
questions have to be directed to my representative Jorge Mendes
and not to me.
"Simply, I am [with] Manchester United and I only think about
this club," he added.
Ronaldo claimed there was a lack of justice in United's defeat
on penalties to Arsenal, and reiterated his desire to remain at
Old Trafford by stating that he wants to win more trophies with
United next season.
"It has been a frustrating time for me," he said. "I wanted to win
something with this team but we didn't manage it.
"After falling behind in the league and going out of the Champions
League, we had the FA Cup, but we couldn't win it.
"We have to carry on because next season I will have the same ambition
and we'll try to win something."

在美國巨商格雷澤大舉債務於上周收購紅魔成功後，曼聯天才邊鋒C.羅納爾多之前與
俱樂部進行的新合同談判被迫暫時中止，大多數媒體認為，曼聯的新主人格雷澤不可能會
給這名葡萄牙小將一份周薪超過5萬英鎊的新合同，並將會考慮賣出他以償還債務。而西
甲豪門皇家馬德里的主教練盧森博格不失時機的對年僅20歲的C.羅納爾多表示了好感，希
望能趁機將他「劫持」至伯納烏。這迫使C.羅納爾多本人不得不對此進行闢謠。
在今日接受西班牙《阿斯報》的採訪時，C.羅納爾多強調他根本不知道任何皇馬對他
的興趣，他非常樂意繼續留在老特拉福德。儘管加盟曼聯兩個賽季以來，他受到了不少批
評，但是他的經紀人門德斯目前仍然在與俱樂部洽談新合同，他不相信上週末的足總杯決
賽是他在曼聯的最後一場比賽。他說：「我沒有與皇馬進行任何接觸，這些問題都必須問
我的經紀人而不是我。簡單地說，我熱愛曼聯並且我僅僅考慮這傢俱樂部。」
不過，據報道這位球場魔術師長期向曼聯董事會爭取更高的薪水以符合他在過去兩個
