Neville back in training

Gary Neville returned to training with his England team-mates on Thursday,
but it is not clear if he will be fit for Sunday's second round encounter
with Ecuador.
The Manchester United full back injured his calf last week, with the
problem keeping him out of England's final two group games.
Neville had a scan on Wednesday and the results were positive, which
allowed the experienced defender to return to training.
He went through a light training session with England physio Gary Lewin
and it is hoped that he will step up his workload on Friday.
Three Lions chief Sven Goran Eriksson will give Neville until the last
possible moment to prove his fitness, but he has other options at his
disposal.
Jamie Carragher filled in at right back against Trinidad & Tobago and
Sweden and he will likely take on the role again, should the Manchester
United man not win his fitness race.

Meanwhile, England coach Sven-Goran Eriksson must decide whether to stick
to his favoured 4-4-2 formation or play with only Wayne Rooney up front.
If he plays two strikers Peter Crouch will get the nod but if he goes
for a 4-5-1 decision he may use Steven Gerrard in an advanced position
to support Rooney.
