Ole Fit To Return After Injury
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is available for selection again after recovering
from a broken cheekbone.
The 33-year-old striker has been out of action for the past five weeks
after sustaining the injury in the Reserves' 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough
at the beginning of March.
With a full week's training under his belt, he could be in the squad to
face Sunderland on Friday night at Old Trafford.
"I've trained all week and feel great," revealed Solskjaer. "Whenever
the manager needs an old forward, I'm ready!"
United go into their Good Friday clash with the Black Cats knowing a win
will reduce Chelsea's lead to just four points.
"All we can do is concentrate on ourselves and focus on winning all of
our remaining games," insists Solskjaer. "Whatever Chelsea do, they do.
"The lads are in really good form at the moment. We've won nine on the
bounce and hopefully we can continue that on Friday night."
Ole was speaking at the opening of the new Zest kids gym at Stretford
Leisure Centre. You can see the full interview with the striker on the
repeated episode of Match of the Day on BBC 1 on Sunday morning.
